Ideal for anyone new to yoga or looking for a little refresher of key yoga postures This class is taught in the vinyasa style of moving through each posture gently and mindfully while connecting with the breath. After an uplifting flow sequence we finish with a deep relaxation to settle the body and mind.
MIXED LEVELS FLOW
All levels are welcome at this class! The pace will allow beginners to comfortably participate, while those with more yoga experience will be given the opportunity to have a deeper and more challenging practise. The class will focus on balance, strength and alignment, finishing with a deep relaxation.
RELAX & RESTORE: MINDFUL YOGA
A gentle, mindful and nurturing practise suitable for all levels. Slow down the pace of your busy life and enjoy a series of deep poses and breathing exercises that will allow the body to rest and replenish itself. Run monthly, this class is the perfect complement to stronger asana practices or anyone who is looking to release stress from the body and mind in a natural way. Please check the schedule for dates.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
Please bring your own yoga mat to the class..
Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move and stretch easily.
Try not to eat any heavy meals for at least 2 hours before class.
